Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes.  All of the pictures on the website are the exact items we have in stock.  Boston Billy has long lasting ties to the community and his word is his bond.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After placing your online order you will receive an email with your invoice and receipt for your records.  Your order number will be in the top corner in the event you need to call us for any additional information.

How can I return an item?

If for any reason you have questions and are unhappy with any item you purchase just pick up the phone and give us a call.  Boston Billy stands behind every product on our website and will send you a refund or a new item, whichever you prefer.

Do you share any of my personal information?

NEVER.  All purchases are done through Stripe and are 100% secure.  We do not sell or use any information of any customer.

How will you ship my order?

Boston Billy will ship your order out via first class mail or UPS depending on the region.  We will provide you with a tracking number also.
